Do I need to register?
You can search and browse cat cafes without registration. Registration is required to post reviews and use the bookmark feature.
What is NC Coin (NyankoCoin)?
NC Coin (NyankoCoin) is a virtual currency that can be used within NyankoDB. You can use it to send tips to cat cafes and pay for cat support plans.
How can I purchase NC Coins?
You can purchase NC Coins from "Buy NC" on your My Page. We offer multiple purchase plans. After selecting your preferred plan, you can pay by credit card. NC will be credited to your account immediately after payment is completed.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and your card information is not stored on our site.
Do NC Coins have an expiration date?
Yes, if you do not log in for 180 days from your last login, your NC balance will expire. You can prevent NC expiration by logging in regularly.
Can I cancel or get a refund after purchase?
As this is digital content, we generally do not accept returns or refunds. However, if a system error or duplicate payment occurs, please contact us through the inquiry form. We will investigate and respond accordingly.
Where can I check my NC Coin balance?
You can check your NC balance on your My Page. You can also view your purchase history and usage statistics on the "Buy NC" page.
What happens if my payment fails?
If payment fails, NC will not be credited. Please check your card expiration date and credit limit, then try again. If the problem persists, please contact us through the inquiry form.
What can I use NC Coins for?
NC Coins can be used for:
- Sending tips (support) to cat cafes
- Monthly payments for cat support plans

I want to delete my account
You can delete your account from the settings in My Page. Please note that your reviews will also be deleted.
