Besides registering with an email address and password, you can also register and log in via social login using a Google or X (formerly Twitter) account. Choose from the login or sign-up screen.

If you registered via social login, no password is set. Please continue to log in with the same method (Google or X). Also, with a social-login account you cannot change your email address from within the site.

If you registered with an email address and password, you can change your email from the settings in My Page. After changing it, a verification email is sent to the new address, so please complete the verification.

If you registered with an email address and password, click Forgot Password on the login screen and enter your registered email to reset it. If you log in with Google or X, there is no password, so please sign in with the same social login as before.

From the notification settings in My Page, you can turn notifications on or off for things like follows, support, and reactions to your reviews.

You can delete your account from the settings in My Page. After deletion, your reviews and comments are not removed and remain visible, but your name is shown as a deleted user.

From the top page or the cat cafe list, you can filter by area (region/prefecture), keyword, features, and more. You can also sort by rating, number of bookmarks, and so on.

From the map page, you can find cat cafes on a map. If you allow access to your location, you can also display cat cafes around your current position.

After registering and logging in, you can post a review from each cat cafe's page. In addition to a star rating and comment, you can attach photos (up to 4). You can edit or delete your reviews afterward.

Yes. You can add comments (replies) to each review and send likes (login required).

You can save them with the bookmark button on a cat cafe's page (login required). You can view your saved cat cafes as a list in My Page.

Yes. You can follow users you are interested in. Following makes it easier to keep up with their new reviews and other activity.

Rankings for cat cafes and cats are calculated based on activity such as reviews and support, and are updated automatically for each period, such as monthly.

You can report it to us using the report function on each review or comment. We will review the content and respond.

Yes. You can use NC Coins to send a tip to a cat cafe. Tips you send go toward supporting the cat cafe.

Yes. We list not only cat cafes in Japan but also those overseas. You can find them using the area filters and more.

Owners can apply for editing rights to their own cat cafe page after identity verification. Please contact us via the contact form. Once granted, you can manage your cafe information, resident cats, support plans, and more from a dedicated editing screen.

The Cat Support Plan is a subscription service that allows you to support your favorite cats at cat cafes on a monthly basis. Using NC Coins (Nyan Coins), you can continuously support the cats you love. Through your support, you contribute to the operation of cat cafes and the care of their cats.

To start supporting, first purchase NC Coins. Then, go to the profile page of the cat you want to support or the cat cafe page, select a "Support Plan," and click the "Support" button. After confirming the details, your subscription will be activated. The first month's amount will be deducted from your NC Coin balance at the time of subscription.

The cost of support plans varies by cat cafe, starting from 10 NC per month. You can check the details of each plan on the cat cafe page or the cat's profile page. If multiple plans are available, you can choose the one that suits you best.

The first charge occurs immediately when you subscribe. After that, your subscription automatically renews on the same day each month, and the monthly NC Coins are deducted from your balance. You can check your renewal date from "Supported Cats" on your My Page.

If your NC balance is insufficient on the renewal date, that support is automatically put on hold (it is not canceled). Once you purchase NC and your balance reaches the monthly amount or more, the support automatically resumes at the next automatic processing. Support is paused while on hold.

Go to "Supported Cats" on your My Page, select the plan you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel" button. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Note that you can resume your support within 30 days of cancellation if you have sufficient NC Coin balance.

Supporter benefits are set individually by each cat cafe. Please check the plan details page for specific benefits offered by each plan.

It is the period during which you have supported without interruption. You can check it on My Page: a Bronze badge appears at 90 consecutive days, Silver at 180 days, and Gold at 365 days. It resets if interrupted by a hold or cancellation.

Yes, you can support the same cat with multiple different plans. However, you cannot subscribe to the exact same plan twice. If you wish to provide more support, please select an additional different plan.

You can check your support history from "Support History" on your My Page. It displays your total support amount, number of support transactions, and the number of cats you're supporting. You can also download the history data as a CSV file.

NC Coin (NyankoCoin) is a virtual currency that can be used within NyankoDB. You can use it to send tips to cat cafes and pay for cat support plans.

You can purchase NC Coins from "Buy NC" on your My Page. We offer multiple purchase plans. After selecting your preferred plan, you can pay by credit card. NC will be credited to your account immediately after payment is completed.

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and your card information is not stored on our site.

Yes. Each NC expires 180 days after it is purchased (granted), and expired amounts are forfeited in order. Expiration is based on the grant date regardless of whether you log in.

As this is digital content, we generally do not accept returns or refunds. However, if a system error or duplicate payment occurs, please contact us through the inquiry form. We will investigate and respond accordingly.

You can check your NC balance on your My Page. You can also view your purchase history and usage statistics on the "Buy NC" page.

If payment fails, NC will not be credited. Please check your card expiration date and credit limit, then try again. If the problem persists, please contact us through the inquiry form.

NC Coins can be used for:

- Monthly payments for cat support plans

Dare Nyan is a feature that, when you upload a photo of a cat, uses AI image analysis to find cat cafes that have cats resembling it. It may be temporarily unavailable depending on demand.

In the cat breed encyclopedia, you can view information such as the traits and personalities of various cat breeds. We also offer an index for browsing and themed features.

It is a diagnosis feature that suggests a cat breed that suits you, just by answering a few questions. Anyone can enjoy it from the diagnosis page.

Titles are badges you can earn for various activities, such as continued logins, posting reviews, rankings, and supporting cats. You can check your progress in My Page and the titles list.

Oshi-Neko Meets is the umbrella name for features to support your favorite cat cafes and cats. You can support them through tips to cat cafes and per-cat support plans (cat support plans), and these activities also help support rescue cats.

In Columns, we publish articles such as reading content and helpful information about cats and cat cafes. Anyone can read them.
